WHEREAS, on the 30th day of May, A. D. 1944, Lula Ballard Upchurch departed this life at Bedias, Texas, and,
WHEREAS, Mrs. Upchurch was born on the 6th day of June, A. D. 1885 and upon reaching maturity was married to C. E. Upchurch. To this union was born one child, Clifford.
WHEREAS, the deceased was a devoted Christian, a kind and loving wife and mother, and brought sunshine and happiness unto her friends and relatives, and,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the members of the Bracewell Reunion now in session express our deepest sorrow and regret upon this passing of this beloved and honored member, and be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be spread upon the minutes of this Reunion this 3rd day of June, A. D. 1945.
