Dear Mr. Taylor:
First, I want to say how much I enjoyed meeting you at the reunion.
Your letter arrived while I was out of town on vacation. Plan to use the information to join the SAR as soon as possible.
While I was gone I got the old Bracewell clock as well as a few other good family pieces. The clock is in the shop having the hands put on and being cleaned. Hope to have it home and running soon. It was made about 1837 in Augusta Ga.
We went to Bedias today to homecoming. Didn’t see any one I knew.
The three little pictures are of the first Bracewell reunion in 1936.

Bena Ward Hines
Mary Bracewell
Hattie Johnson
II Ida Crowson in black hat & print dress
The small tintypes are William and Elizabeth Stephens Bracewell. I don’t know who the large tintype is but think she is Caty Bracewell whoever she was.
Any way, I hope all this will be of some interest or use to you in your research. Lucille Garrison are planning to visit Clayton Library in the very near future. Thanks again for the copies you sent.
Sincerely,
