Positions still available
Bracewell family History: Read a copy of our history to the group.
Secretary: Take notes on reunion activities to be added to the website
Memories of Early Reunions: Mt. Pleasant Church, funny stories, etc.
Reading of Minutes: You choose the year
Closing Prayer:
Vice President: This position is for a person under 20. Duties include helping the President, Secretary, and having fun.
Videographer: We need at least two people to video this year.
Welcoming Committee: Open for kids to help get everyone signed in.
Tables: If you have the ability to bring tables we can put them to use.
Car Pool: Help out those that may not be able to drive themselves.
Out of Town Accommodations: If you would like to provide accommodations for out of town family.
Other ideas needing a sponsor: Family Reunion Shirts, Family Trivia, Scavenger Hunt, Talent Show, Baby Photo Contest, School Achievement Awards. If you would like to help with one of these activities please contact Russell Bracewell.
