Reunion Minutes 1959 The Bracewell Reunion met in regular session Sunday June 7, 1959. Called to order by president Hulon Hall who led the group in singing :"When We All Get to Heaven". Prayer by Mrs. Ruby Dooley. President appointed nominating committee as follows: Raymond, Reginald, & Grady. Songs: "Blessed Be The Name" and "The Old Rugged Cross". Don Crowson brought inspiring devotional chosen as his subject, "Memories" and reading from Psalm 145:7 & Proverb 14:7 After Another song "Let Others See Jesus In You" the minutes of previous meeting were read and approved. Raymond gave report of repair work done on the church at the cost of approximately $1,000. The members of the reunion have paid about $400 of that and there remains an unpaid balance of approx. $300. Gladys gave the report of the committee appointed for the selection of monument for Lizzie Bracewell. The monument had been erected soon after the 1958 Reunion. Following additions made to the Family Tree:
The report of nomination committee was given and following officers elected:
JS and Reginald were appointed to draw up resolution for these our loved ones. We send our love to those of our members who are ill: Ernest Bracewell, Ardee Bracewell and Falvey Smith. Raymond led the group in singing: "Shall We Gather at the River", "Where We'll Never Grow Old", and "How Beautiful Heaven Must Be". Dismissed with prayer by J.S. Bracewell. Bal.
